Alder flowering diminishes in southern parts of the country and continues in central parts of the country and Northern Ostrobothnia and Kainuu. Flowering intensifies in southern Lapland.

Birch pollen is long-range transported in the southern and central parts of the country. Local birch flowering is expected to start in the warmest habitats in southern parts of the country.

Rain reduces local pollen levels.
