Alder is in flower in the whole country except for central and northern Lapland but those areas may receice alder pollen as well. The peak of flowering has been surpassed in southern and central parts of Finland.

Hazel flowering has practically ended.

Small amounts of birch pollen may reach southwestern and southern parts of the country during the next days. Local birch flowering is expected to begin in southern parts of Finland towards the end of April.
